Shipping & Returns
We at Twill believe in complete customer satisfaction. We offer FREE DELIVERY for all purchases over R400 if shipping within South Africa.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on [email protected] or call direct on +27 21 448 4709 so that we can arrange an exchange, voucher or refund.
Shipping – local and international
- We offer delivery to anywhere in South Africa. Please note that some areas out of our courier zones will take 1-2 days longer than standard economy freight.
- We can only deliver to one address per order, in order to deliver to multiple addresses; you will need to place a separate order for each. Note that we do not send orders to POSTAL addresses, only home or work.
- Delivery times are quoted in good faith, but are handled by a third party. We cannot accept any liability as a result of a late delivery.
- If your goods have not arrived within 72 hours (South Africa), you may track your delivery via our site, email us, or call us and we will source and track your package for you.
Returns
- Goods may be returned to us within a one month period (30 to 31 days depending on the month) from date of purchase, provided they have not been worn, and include all original packaging and invoice. Please include your original order number when returning.
- Return shipping will be at your own expense unless there is a manufacturing defect; in this case all costs will be incurred by us.
- For any reason a shipment is returned, be it a swap or refund, please NOTE that the shipment is to be returned to Twill first to be analysed. We will be checking the quality of the returned shipment ensuring that the product(s) had not been worn or damaged.
- In the case of a refund, please be aware that a refund will ONLY be considered for goods purchased. We will NOT be refunding the shipping charges for that will be paid by the customer.
- With returns we kindly ask that the information of the return be sent to our office so we can track the shipment. Email [email protected] tacking number and company used to ship the return. Our courier company offers a return service, you can log the return directly was the Courier Guy (local) or DHL (international)
- Orders are processed immediately, we are therefore unable to cancel orders, so please be sure of your purchase before checking out.
- International shipments are not inclusive of tax or duties that the destination country may charge. Please make sure you are aware of the potential costs associated as we cannot be held liable for these charges.
